What is LPF?

LPF is a fully automated analytical tool which provides automated analyses of NGS sequencing data It is designed to only use Oxford Nanopore long read data as input. Currently, it can be used to analyse clinical bacterial isolates, but in the future we aim to enable analysis of vira and metagenomic samples as well.
